  1. Dashboard

    • View key metrics: Properties, Active Tenants, Total Monthly Rent, Overdue Payments.
    • Visualize vacancy and rent collection rates.
    • Income vs. Expenses chart with daily/monthly toggle.
    • Upcoming payments list (next 14 days) detailing tenant, property, due date, and amount.
    • Lease expiration reminders and summaries.
    • Cash flow summary with income, expenses, and net status.

  2. Property Management

    • Add, view, edit, and delete properties.
    • Track property details: name, type, units, tenants, and expenses.
    • View associated tenants and expenses in property details.
    • Export property details to CSV.

  3. Tenant Management

    • Add, view, edit, and remove tenants.
    • Track tenant details: name, contact info, property/unit, lease dates, rent amount/frequency.
